How do I look for a product on Ketolicious store?

    There are a couple of ways you can find a product on Ketolicious store.

    1. Use the search bar on top; type what you are looking for and press enter.
    2. Use the main menu (which is divided by product type) to navigate your way on the site.
    I'm not able to find a product. What should I do?

      We try and offer the latest products available in the market. However, if by any chance, we do not have a product you're looking for on Ketolicious store, please let us know and we will try and get it for you. You can drop us a line at info@keto-licious.com or chat with us live. 


      I've never done this before. How do I place an order?

        Placing an order on Ketolicious store is a piece of cake.

        1. Look for the product you want to buy (use the search bar or the main menu).
        2. Add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon.
        3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
        4. After you're done choosing products, click on "View Cart" (located on the top right).
        5. Review your cart and click on Checkout.
        6. Fill the required details, choose your preferred payment method and click on Place Order.
        7. Thats it! You will receive an email  confirming your order along with your order#. Easy isn't it? :)
        I placed an order but forgot to include my address/special instructions. What should I do?

          Sit back and wait for our call. When we call you to process your order, you can let us know and we will update your order. If you don't want to wait, that's fine too. Drop us a line on info@keto-licious.com with the missing information. Our team will update the order as per your instruction.

          How do I track my order?

            Each order on Ketolicious store  goes through a series of steps to ensure that you get the best online shopping experience. As the order goes from processing to processed, picking and in transit, we notify you via email/SMS about each status update for your peace of mind.

            If you want to manually check the status of the order, that's pretty easy too. Simply log in to Ketolicious store and go to Order Tracking in the footer menu.. You will see the most up to date information about your order there.


            What are my options to pay for an order?
              1. Credit Card / Debit Card Online:Pay online through our secure payment gateways
              2. Cash On Delivery (COD) 
              What cards do you accept?

                Our payment gateway accepts almost all kinds of credit/debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express.


                How much do you charge for delivery?

                  Delivery within the UAE is free for all orders above AED 200. For Orders less than AED 200, a fixed delivery fee of AED 20 will be applicable. For remote areas, additional delivery charges of AED 38 will be applicable (List of remote areas can be checked here at the following link: shorturl.at/kyLS7

                  Where do you deliver?

                    Delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, RAK, UAQ now available. Currently, ice cream delivery is available in Dubai only.

                    I don't want you to deliver. Can I collect my ordered product/s?

                      We would prefer to hand deliver the products to you wherever you are to save you the trouble. We are also pretty quick with our deliveries. However, if you want to collect the product yourself, please let us know in advance so that we can make it available for you.

                      How long does it take to deliver?
                        Once your order is processed, we deliver within 24-48 working hours across the UAE for FREE for all orders above AED 200. Deliveries are done between 9:00am and 8:00pm Saturday-Thursday. We always endeavor to deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will notify you of the same beforehand. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
